Russian -US deal to guaraee safe navigation in the Black Sea

During a bilateral meeting with experts in the two couries in Saudi Arabia, Russia and the United States agreed to ensure the safety of marine navigation, ban the use of force and preve the use of commercial ships for military purposes in the Black Sea.
