Iran -Russia consultations on NATO threats

The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a stateme that the Deputy Foreign Minister had consulted on “NATO security threats” against the two couries during his visit to Tehran and a meeting with his Iranian couerpart.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Groupko recely traveled to Tehran to consult with his Iranian couerpart, Majid Takht Ranchi, according to ISNA.
According to a Russian News agency Dice and a stateme issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry, Grockhsho had traveled to Tehran yesterday to consult on regional and European issues.
The Russian Foreign Ministry also reported in a stateme that the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister in Tehran had also met with the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyed Abbas Arakchi, consulting on the “global developmes, the structure of the Eurasia, the creation of a multipolar world”.
“During the meeting with Iranian officials, it has also been discussed about the security threats from NATO, the European Union, the European Security and Cooperation Organization and the Council of Europe,” the dip also quoted the Russian diplomacy as saying.
“During these meetings, the refusal to accept the use of illegal unilateral restrictive measures in relations between couries was emphasized, and hours were spe on regional and iernational issues,” the news agency said.
The Russian Foreign Ministry also said in a stateme that “the parties poied to their mutual ierest in deepening bilateral political dialogues. “The importance of strengthening cooperation within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Brix and other formats were considered.”
“The parties also welcomed the implemeation of the Free Trade Agreeme between Eurasia and Iran, and the agreeme was reached to coinue regular consultations,” the ministry added.
The consultation comes after the meeting of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of Russia, China and Iran in Beijing.
