Russia: There is no peace without any violating guaraees

The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, in a stateme released today (Monday), said Russia would demand firm and definitive guaraees in any peace agreeme on Ukraine to reject Kiev’s membership and to stay neutral.
US Preside Donald Trump is trying to attract Russian Preside Vladimir Putin’s support for a four -day ceasefire that Ukraine accepted last week, but Putin says the deal must meet the basic conditions in order to be acceptable.
US envoy Steve Witekaf told CNN on Sunday that Trump is expected to talk to Putin soon about ways to end the three -year war in Ukraine. He spoke after returning from a meeting in Moscow with Putin, who described it as “positive”.
In an extensive ierview with the Russian media “Izostia”, which was not referred to the ceasefire proposal, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Groukeko said that any sustainable peace treaty on Ukraine should fulfill Moscow’s demands.
“We will demand that security guaraees be part of the agreeme,” Izostia quoted Groshashko as saying. “Part of these guaraees should include the impartial situation of Ukraine and the refusal of NATO couries to accept it in the coalition.”
Grochko also repeated the Kremlin’s position, saying that Moscow was firmly opposed to the establishme of NATO observers in Ukraine.
Britain and France have said they are willing to send peacekeepers to monitor any ceasefire in Ukraine. Australian Prime Minister Ahony Albaniz also said his coury is ready to review requests.
“It doesn’t matter what NATO forces are deployed in Ukraine soil; Whether covered by the European Union, NATO or nationally. “If they are deployed there, it means that they are in the area of conflict and will accept all its consequences as parties involved.”
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov also said that the establishme of unarmed observers after the conflict would only be debated when a peace agreeme reaches.
“One can talk about unarmed observers, a civilian mission to oversee the implemeation of certain sections of this agreeme or guaraeed mechanisms,” Grochko said. But he added, “At the mome, these are just words.”
Meanwhile, French Preside Emmanuel Macron said on Sunday that the establishme of Peace Hafiz forces in Ukraine is something that Kiev should decide, not Moscow.
Alexander Groukeko said that Kiev’s European allies must realize that the only solution for the region is to abandon Ukraine’s membership in NATO and eliminate the possibility of foreign military deployme on its territory.
“In this case, the security of Ukraine and the whole region will be guaraeed in a broader sense, as one of the main roots of the conflict will be eliminated,” Grochko said.
Earlier, former Russian Preside Dmitry Medvedev warned that the establishme of peacekeepers from NATO member states in Ukraine would lead to a full war between the military and Moscow.
