Macron: Only Ukraine can decide on dispatching peacemakers, not Russia

According to RCO News Agency, France’s Preside Emmanuel Macron in an ierview claimed that the decision to establish these soldiers in Ukraine was only due to the British -France’s proposal and debate over the deployme of peace forces to Ukraine within any possible ceasefire agreeme with Russia.
