US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a speech on Wednesday: “We urge Russia to investigate the issue of ceasefire (in Ukraine).” We look forward to Moscow’s response.

The US Secretary of State coinued: “Negotiations is the only solution to the Ukrainian conflict.” Washington has talked to Kiev about territorial privileges. No action has been taken to lift US sanctions against Russia yet.

Marco Rubio added: “The issue of EU sanctions on Russia and blocked assets will be discussed in future talks.” If Russia agrees to the ceasefire, it must be determined to know what Moscow and Kiev trust in the field.

“The clashes are easily monitored by the satellite,” he said. A preveive threat to take action against Russia if it fails to agree with the ceasefire is non -constructive. We are pleased that Kiev is sitting at the negotiating table, if Russia says yes, Washington will do whatever it can to advance the dispute resolution (between Moscow and Kiev).

The Ukrainian delegation and US represeatives met in Jeddah yesterday, after which the Ukrainian Republican Zelnski office issued a stateme.

According to the stateme, the parties agreed to finalize the comprehensive agreeme of the vital natural resources of Ukraine.

Kiev announced his readiness to accept Washington’s proposal for a six -day ceasefire in the war with Russia. On the other hand, Washington also pledged to quickly get help and information for Kiev.
