New studies show that millions of women around the world still face problems such as work -free work, sexual harassme, violence and discrimination at work. Despite progress in gender equality, men still have the highest job opportunities in many industries, while women are mainly working in low -income jobs. Experts believe that in order to improve the status of women in the workplace, investme in the care economy needs to increase, trade unions will be strengthened, and global brands are required to meet job standards.
