Arab leaders at the Cairo Emergency Summit approved a $ 2 billion plan to rebuild Gaza. The Arab couries, in the form of a two -page docume, have been focusing on the physical reconstruction and rights of Palestinians and political issues by preseing a plan to develop Gaza infrastructure.
