Hampi is one of the most amazing historical cities in India located in the state of Karnataka and was once the magnifice capital of the Vijayanagara Empire (Vijayanagara; It is one of India’s most importa archaeological sites with magnifice ruins, huge stone temples and spectacular landscapes and is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The most importa attractions of Hompei are the Virupaksha Temple, the famous stone chariot in the Vittala Temple and its historical markets that are reminisce of the past’s greatness and prosperity.
In addition to its historical value, Hampe is also known for its stunning natural landscapes. The granite rocks, the Tungabhadra River, and the Red Hills of the surroundingmen have made the city a popular destination for climbers, photographers and naturalists.
