Hussein Samai Sarraf, the Minister of Science, Research and Technology, issued a decree appoiing Dr. Saeed Bastani as the “head of the Color Research Institute”, according to the Ministry of Science.
Hussein Simai, the Minister of Science, said to Saeed Bastani:
Depending on the commitme, expertise and valuable experience of Mr. Supreme and on the recommendation of the Research Assista, you are appoied as the head of the Color Research Institute.
He expects His Excellency to rely on God to manage the institute based on the laws, policies, programs, and the Islamic University docume. It is hoped that by following Islamic teachings, the scieific foundations, the strategy of the national consensus governme, and by cooperating with other universities, institutes, higher education institutions and experts, do the rightful duties. I pray to God Almighty for the increasing success of His Excellency.
In a separate letter, the Minister of Science appreciated the efforts and efforts of Dr. Hassan Tajik, the former head of the Color Research Institute, during his tenure.
Saeed Bastani is a graduate of Polymer Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology and a member of the faculty of level coatings and technologies of the Color Research Institute with a professor.
He is a sample and top researcher of the Color Research Institute, and in addition to registering three pates and priing dozens of scieific and research articles and authorship of three books, has completed a large number of industrial and research designs.
