According to RCO News Agency Russia Elium, Russia’s permane represeative of the United Nations Security Council, Vasili Nabenzia said: “Washington’s proposed resolution on the Ukrainian War, which was approved by the Security Council today, is regarded as the starting poi for peaceful resolution of the crisis.”

Speaking about the resolution after voting, he added: “The approved text is not ideal, but in its nature it is the first attempt to prese a constructive and future text by the Security Council; Text that talks about the path of peace and does not fuel the fire of war.

Nabenzia Referring to the complexity of the Ukrainian crisis, he added: “This conflict, despite what Kiev and his European allies are trying to induce, are not limited to the confroation between Russia and Ukraine,” he said.

Russia’s represeative refers to the US resolution to end the Ukrainian war in the Security Council, calling for the rapid end of clashes in Ukraine and the establishme of a sustainable peace between Kiev and Moscow.

The resolution was adopted by 2 votes in favor and 2 absteions.
