US opposition to ai -Russian resolution for the first time after the Ukrainian war

According to the Washington Post, UN expert Richard Guan at the Iernational Crisis Group said the divide between the United States and Europe reflects the “biggest gap between Western powers in the United Nations since the Iraq war – and possibly even more fundameal.”
