Putin: Russian soldiers bravely fight for the truth
In a letter to the bishops of Moscow and all the Russians, Putin wrote in a letter that the Russian soldiers are bravely fighting for truth and justice, freedom and independence of the paternal land.
Russian Preside Vladimir Putin also congratulated on Sunday on the day of “Pternal Land Defender” on Sunday.
“This day is always celebrated in the coury as a symbol of the unrestricted respect for our ancestors’ military victories,” Russian Preside Ryanovast said in a letter released on the Russian Orthodox Church website.
The letter from Putin reads: “Such an unassuming connection to the historical traditions of serving the fatherland, the sincere love for the paternal land has led Russian soldiers to fight bravely for justice and honesty, freedom and independence of the paternal land.”
Putin further promised to strengthen the poteial and effectiveness of the Russian armed forces, as well as ensure that the army is equipped with modern weapons.
In a video message on the occasion of the Day of the Father’s Defender, he poied to a strategic view of strengthening national defense, adding, “As the world is changing, our strategic path to strengthening and developing the armed forces remains unchanged.”
The Russian preside also emphasized the need to equip the army with advanced technologies and cited the experience of the battlefield as a key factor in reforming weapons and military tactics. “Based on the tactical use of weapons and equipme, we will coinue to provide new and advanced models to the armed forces,” Putin said.
