Lavrov told reporters: “This is the obvious characteristic of the Zeansky regime that is well -absorbed and has attracted hundreds of billions of dollars in military aid, which could be spe on vital developme aid programs around the world, especially in Africa.”
The Russian Foreign Minister also said that all the participas in the Group of Ministers welcomed the Russian -US negotiations in Riyadh.
“Everyone welcomed our summit (Russia and the US), everyone knows that this is not the end of Russia and the West, but everyone admits that the start of talks themselves is back to normal, and everyone welcomes it,” Lavrov said. EU and NATO leaders, of course, considered the fact that the represeatives of the two great powers were at the negotiating table and drawing on their positions, called “betrayal of Western ierests” and called such a “unhealthy” behavior.
