Russian Secretary of State and Putin Assista to Riyadh/ Lavrov: We wa to hear the words of American partners

The Russian Foreign Minister said that if European couries “wa to stop the Ukrainian war so they can coinue later”, they would have no place at the negotiating table.
Lavrov added: Russia has no reason to invite the European Union to participate in the talks, because its position has not changed.
