According to RCO News Agency, Osama Hamdan, a leader of the Hamas moveme, said in an ierview with Al -Jazeera Network: The decision to postpone the Israeli prisoners’ delivery due to the Zionist regime’s failure to impleme 5 % of the human protocol.

Hamdan urged the emergency meeting of the Arab League leaders to reject any plan that would lead to the undermination of Palestinian rights, especially for compulsory migration projects.
He also called on the meeting to launch an immediate initiative to rebuild Gaza despite the Zionist regime’s disruptions.
The Hamas official warned that if the Zionist regime succeeds in implemeing the Palestinian forced migration plan, no one would feel safe in the region.
He emphasized that the threat to cutting food and water for Gaza is a deceptive act, as Israel has done so since the beginning of the war.
Hamdan said the actions of the group were merely a reaction and they will only adhere to the agreemes signed.
He said that an agreeme on the formation of a national unity governme was reached and Hamas was ready to review any option to agree.
