“Aoun” on the need for Israeli army withdrawal from southern Lebanon to February 6 – Mehr News Agency | Iranian and world news

Lebanese Preside Joseph Aoun today met with US Deputy Special Represeative of the Middle East Middle East at the Lebanese Presideial Palace Morgan Ortegas: The realization of permane stability in the south. Lebanon is related to the completion of Israel’s withdrawal from these areas.
He added: “Stability and peace will only be achieved by Israel’s withdrawal from southern Lebanon and the implemeation of all clauses of the UN Security Council Resolution.”
The Lebanese Preside coinued to address the US Deputy Special Meepness of the Middle East: Israeli attacks, including the killing of innoces and soldiers and the destruction of homes.
He added that the Lebanese army is ready to be established in the villages that Israeli army forces retreat, but Israel’s departure from southern Lebanon must be completed by February 5.
He added that cooperation with iernational forces to impleme a resolution with the aim of establishing stability is coinuing constructively. Israel’s release of Lebanese captives, of course, is an iegral part of the November 6 agreeme and must be implemeed.
In corast, Trump’s Special Represeative Ortegas said that the United States is committed to February 7 as the date of Israeli forces withdrawal from Lebanon.
Earlier, the US Deputy Special Represeative for the Middle East affairs made a provocative and ierveionist statemes against Hezbollah in Lebanon during a trip to Beirut.
After meeting with the new Lebanese Preside Joseph Aoun at the Ba’bda Palace, he appeared in the media and said in a provocative stance on Lebanon’s soil, “Israel defeated Hezbollah and we are appreciated for it!”
“We emphasize the lack of Hezbollah’s involveme in the new Lebanese governme in any way!”
