Details of the Treaty of Security Guaraees within the Belarusian and Russian Union

The Rihanosti News Agency released details on Wednesday about the provisions of the Treaty of Security Guaraees between Belarus and Russia.
According to RCO News Agency, the security guaraee treaty within the framework of the Belarusian and Russian Union, which was approved by the Russian Duma, has been approved that relations between Moscow and Minsk will not be against any other coury.
The provisions of the treaty state that Russia and Belarus consider any armed attack on themselves as a “aggressive action” and that Russian military facilities and military units may be deployed in Belarusian soil to preve such actions.
Russia can also use its nuclear weapons in response to the use of conveional weapons against each of the two couries – leading to threats to their sovereigy. The two couries view Russian nuclear weapons as an importa factor in preveing nuclear military conflicts.
The security guaraee treaty within the Belarusian and Russian Union will be automatically renewed after five years of implemeation.
