The Minister of Science, Research and Technology issued a decree appoiing Dr. Cambodi Amini Hosseini as “Head of the Iernational Institute for Seismology and Earthquake Engineering”.
According to RCO News Agency, the Minister of Science Hussein Simai said to Kambad Amini Hosseini:
Depending on the commitme, expertise and valuable experience of Mr. Supreme and on the recommendation of the Honorable Vice Preside of Research, you will be appoied as the head of the Institute for Seismology and Earthquake Engineering.
He expects His Excellency to rely on God to supervise the research on the laws, policies, programs, and the Islamic University docume. It is hoped that by following Islamic teachings, the scieific foundations, the strategy of the national consensus governme, and by attracting the cooperation of academics and scholars, do the rightful duties. I pray to God Almighty for the increasing success of His Excellency.
According to the Ministry of Science’s Public Relations, Dr. Kambad Amini Hosseini is a doctorate in Geology from Tarbiat Modarres University and a member of the Institute for Iernational Earthquake Engineering and Earthquake Engineering.
He has published 70 scieific and research articles and 30 conference articles.
Dr. Amini Hosseini’s executive record can be directed by the Institute for Risk Manageme and Crisis of Iernational Earthquake Engineering and Earthquake Engineering for 15 years and the Vice Preside of Planning and Support of this Institute for 6 years.
Dr. Amini Hosseini has been heading the UNESCO Regional Ceer in Risk Manageme since 1401.
In a separate letter, the Minister of Science appreciated the efforts of Dr. Mohammad Hassan Bazar, the former head of the Institute of Iernational Earthquake Engineering and Earthquake Engineering at the time of his tenure.
