Former Zionist ielligence officer Carmat Valenci said the regime should impose a number of conditions for final retreat from the retaining area in Syria.

He said the two sides must agree on a specific period of time to achieve peace and stability at the borders and to create a new mechanism to preve any action from Syria to eer the occupied territories. Another condition is tied to thwarting Hezbollah’s efforts to transfer weapons through Syria to Lebanon.

Valenci added: Tel Aviv should be an iernational quadruple committee with the participation of Türkiye, the United States and Russia aimed at achieving stability in Syria! Create. It is a golden opportunity for Tel Aviv to play a role in Syria and guaraee its security.
