Putin announced Russia’s readiness to negotiate with Ukraine

Russian Preside Vladimir Putin said he was ready to appoi represeatives to negotiate with Ukrainian Preside Walodimir Zelnsky to participate in the negotiations.
According to RCO News Agency, Putin said in a speech on Tuesday that talks with Ukraine began since the start of a special military operation, and Moscow had suggested to Kiev to withdraw from Lohank and Donetsk to avoid war.
“The negotiations between Moscow and Kiev will be illegal in the curre situation,” he said. “It is necessary to find a way to cancel the previously signed orders.”
The Russian preside said: “It is a mistake to say that Ukraine has imposed a ban on negotiations when Russian forces were close to Kiev.”
Poiing out that Istanbul’s agreemes were based on Ukraine’s proposals in 2007, he added that Kiev had suggested that in Istanbul’s negotiations, a face -to -face meeting would be held and ended the negotiations, and Putin had agreed to the offer.
