According to the Mehr News Agency, quoted by Sky News, the British Maritime Trade Operations Organization announced this Friday that there was a security incide in Ras Tanureh in Saudi Arabia.
The British Maritime Trade Operations Organization announced that the incide occurred 86 nautical miles northeast of Ras Tanure in Saudi waters.
The British Maritime Operations Ceer reported that a small military vessel approached a ship off the coast of Saudi Arabia’s Ras Tanure in the Persian Gulf and shined a green laser light towards the ship.
The British Maritime Trade Operations Organization claimed that the small vessel iended to direct the ship towards Iranian waters.
Noting that the matter is under investigation, the ceer advised passing vessels to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity.
Minutes later, the British Maritime Trade Operations Organization announced that the incide related to this ship is over and the said ship is on its way to the next port.
