According to the , citing the National Elite Foundation, the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Elite Foundation and the National Iranian Petroleum Products Refining and Distribution Company in order to develop joi and all-round scieific, research and technological cooperation and optimal use of the existing scieific and specialized capacities of the coury In order to solve the problems, it was signed by Saeed Khodaygan, the deputy official of the National Elite Foundation, and Mohammad Sadegh Azimifar, the deputy minister of oil and the CEO of the National Company for Refining and Distribution of Petroleum Products of Iran.
At the signing ceremony of this memorandum, Saeed Khodaygan expressed his satisfaction with this cooperation and said: One of the missions of the National Elite Foundation is to ideify and support the elites of the coury, and our goal is to use the capacities of these elites in solving the real problems of the coury. In this regard, creating a platform for elite participation in operational plans and problem solving is one of the main tasks of the foundation.
Referring to the foundation’s two main plans in this field, he said: Ahmadi Roshan’s plan, by creating 240 problem-solving cores, seeks to use the power of elites to solve the coury’s various challenges. Some of these issues are demand-orieed and are raised by companies and organizations such as the National Refining and Broadcasting Company. Another part of the issues are priority-orieed, which are defined nationally and require wider participation.
Emphasizing the importance of cooperation with the oil industry, Khodeigan said: Considering the pivotal role of oil and related products in the coury’s economy, this memorandum can provide a suitable platform for solving the challenges in this area.
The deputy official of the National Elite Foundation further added: In the first step, issues with a lower level of technology will be ideified and investigated by forming joi working groups, and in the next steps, we will try to solve issues with a higher level of technology.
