A New York appeals court denied the preside-elect’s request to delay seencing on January 10 in his criminal case for falsifying business records and paying bribes.

Prosecutors also told the New York Court of Appeals that the jury in Trump’s trial had seen “overwhelming” evidence that he was guilty.
