Mast, who submitted this bill along with Chip Roy, the Republican candidate for the US House of Represeatives, said: “Our bill sends a clear message to the Iernational Criminal Court. “We may not recognize you, but you will surely understand what happens when you target America and its allies.”
The Iernational Criminal Court has previously issued an arrest warra for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gala and condemned their key role in the Gaza genocide.

According to this bill, which is called the “Unlawful Court Couermeasures Act”, any person who targets American citizens or citizens of the united states of this coury for investigation, arrest, confineme or judicial prosecution will be sanctioned, including officials of the Zionist regime, members of the NATO, Japan and Taiwan.
He described the Iernational Criminal Court as “illegitimate” and said that this court did not have the jurisdiction to issue arrest warras for the leaders of the occupation regime. Poiing out that the Zionist regime is not one of the signatories of the Rome Statute (the fundameal docume of the Criminal Court), Western couries claim that this court does not have the right to conduct judicial investigations in the occupied territories.
