The Iernational Criminal Court has previously issued an arrest warra for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gala and condemned their key role in the Gaza genocide.

He described the Iernational Criminal Court as “illegitimate” and said that this court did not have the jurisdiction to issue arrest warras for the leaders of the occupation regime. Poiing out that the Zionist regime is not one of the signatories of the Rome Statute (the fundameal docume of the Criminal Court), Western couries claim that this court does not have the right to conduct judicial investigations in the occupied territories.
