For more than 70 years, seven couries, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Chile, Argeina, France and the United Kingdom, have claimed ownership of parts of the Aarctic coine. But why is the coine, which is the driest, coldest and windiest region in the world and has no human population, so much atteion?
