According to RCO News Agency, citing Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Seyyed Reza Rais Karmi, Preside of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, in a decree appoied Dr. Qasim Jan Babaei as the head of the Oncology, Hematology and Tuberculosis Research Institute of Tehran University of Medical Sciences and in a letter from the services Valuable Dr. Mohammad Vaezi, the former preside, appreciated. The text of the ruling states:

In view of your commitme, expertise and valuable scieific records and valuable experiences in various executive fields, you are hereby appoied as the head of the Oncology, Hematology and Tuberculosis Research Institute.
It is hoped that while maiaining and promoting the curre activities and researches of the ceer in order to preserve the jump in scieific productions and pay special atteion to the issue of the excellence of science and technology and the scieific authority of the coury based on upstream documes and strengthening applied and problem-orieed researches to solve the curre and future problems of the system Health at the same time with regard to basic science research and at the froier of knowledge and effective communication with various university units and scieific ceers of the coury and constructive ieraction with related organizations and strengthening regional and iernational cooperation in carrying out assigned missions and promoting the name of the university as a symbol Good luck to our dear coury and higher education in the Giti region.

According to Mehr, Qasim Jan Babaei was previously the preside of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in the 11th governme, and he was appoied as the deputy medical director of the Ministry of Health in the 12th governme.
