According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Sputnik, Russian Preside Vladimir Putin says that the US decision to deploy missile systems in the Asia-Pacific region is worrying.

He also said about the conditions of the fro line of the battle in Ukraine: Russian forces have the strategic initiative along the fro line of the war in Ukraine. The amou of modern weapons of Russia’s strategic nuclear arsenal has reached 95%. We will coinue to maiain the capability of our strategic nuclear weapons arsenal. Also, the number of Russian armed forces has increased to 1.5 million soldiers.
Poiing out that this coury will not allow it to eer io an arms race at the cost of its social and economic conditions, the Russian preside said: NATO couries have increased their military spending and strengthened their combat units near the borders of Russia.
He added: “If Washington starts deploying medium and short-range missiles equipped with nuclear warheads (in the Asia-Pacific region), we will not adhere to our limitations in deploying these missile systems.”
Putin emphasized that the United States has begun to create military-political alliances around the world, and this issue has probably increased the outbreak of war in several regions of the world.
