According to the , citing the National Elite Foundation, during separate rulings by Hossein Afshin, the head of the National Elite Foundation, Reza Farji Dana, Hojatul Islam Hamid Parsania, Mahmoud Fatuhi Firozabad, Ali Akbar Mousavi Mohedi, Shuja Ahmadvand, Farnaz Jafarpour and Omid Nakshineh as members.
