In this meeting, Khodeigan explained the actions and programs of the National Elite Foundation in the field of ideifying, empowering and attracting elites.
Referring to the missions of the foundation under the strategic docume of elites, he stated: The foundation pursues the two main areas of ideifying and empowering studes and attracting and retaining graduates.

Close cooperation with the Ministry of Health
While poiing to the previous challenges in this area, he said: In the past, the graduates of the Ministry of Health were less supported in this plan, but with the revisions made and the close cooperation of the Ministry of Health, now two specialized working groups are active in the field of basic medical sciences and clinical medicine. which facilitate the recruitme process and iroduce graduates to universities outside of the usual call-up processes.
Emphasizing on giving priority to the Ministry of Health in the Foundation’s programs, Khodeigan poied to the appoime of Narges Hossein Mardi, a member of the faculty of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, as the deputy of the leaders and elites, and coinued: This appoime is a step towards strengthening the relationship between the Foundation and the Ministry of Health. From now on, more support will be given to studes and graduates of this field.
Ideifying top tales and solving national problems
He also poied to two flagship projects of the foundation, “Shahid Vazvai” and “Shahid Ahmadi Roshan”, and said: These projects are respectively in the fields of ideifying top tales and They are active in solving national problems through the creation of problem-orieed cores.
Khodaygan further poied out that the “Shahid Vazwai plan” supports 2,500 studes and the Shahid Ahmadi Roshan plan will involve more than 1,200 studes by creating 240 problem-solving ceers, and said: In total, for these two plans, about 270 billion tomans Funds have been allocated.
