It is very importa to be familiar with the changes in the selection of the Express Ery system before November 16, because from November 16, 2022, applicas will face fundameal changes in the classification of Canadian jobs that will have a direct impact on the selection of the Express Ery system.
All applicas who are currely eligible to apply through Express Ery and have a valid profile, if they are not selected by November 16, will also be affected by these changes. Currely, Express Ery selection is based on the job classification list of 2016, but from November 16, 2022, the new job classification using Knock 2021 will be used.

Therefore, if you iend to create a profile before November 16, or if you have a profile but have not been selected yet, you should update your profile.
These applicas must first find their profession in the 2021 classification system and eer their new job number, which is a 5-digit number, in their profile.
After November 16, the Express Ery system will only be able to accept 2021 job vacancies.
People who are selected before November 16 do not need to change their job when submitting their permane residence application documes.

The following jobs are eligible for selection from the competitive Express Ery field from November 16.

- Deal assistas and deal laboratory assistas;
- Nurse aides, orderlies and patie service associates;
- Pharmacy technical assistas and pharmacy assistas;
- Elemeary and secondary school teacher assistas;
- Sheriffs and bailiffs;
- Correctional service officers;
- By-law enforceme and other regulatory officers;
- Estheticians, electrologists and related occupations;
- Resideial and commercial installers and servicers;
- Pest corollers and fumigators;
- Other repairers and servicers;
- Transport truck drivers;
- Bus drivers, subway operators and other transit operators;
- Heavy equipme operators; and
- Aircraft assemblers and aircraft assembly inspectors.
In addition, the Immigration Departme has also announced the publication of three professions that will not be eligible for Express Ery as follows:
- other performers;
- program leaders and instructors in recreation, sport and fitness; and
- tailors, dressmakers, furriers and milliners.
Therefore, if you have any of these jobs and you have a language test result, you should create a profile in the competitive field of Express Ery as soon as possible.
