According to Mehr reporter, the 25th science promotion award ceremony was held this evening, Thursday 24th of Bahman, in Tehran’s Ivan Shams Hall.
The winners of this award are as follows:
– Activist section of science and society (Professor Mohammad Amin Ghanei Rad Award):
Non-governmeal, non-profit and public benefit institution “Rahman’s Growth, Support and Thought”
– Sustainable effort section:

– Departme of teachers from less privileged areas (honoring Mohammad Bahmanbeigi):

According to Mehr, the 25th edition of the science promotion award in 8 sections: “Media”, “Creative and innovative methods”, “Environme (honoring Henrik Majnounian)”, “Teachers from underprivileged areas (honoring Mohammad Bahmanbeigi)”, “Arena activist” Science and society (honoring Mohammad Amin Qaneirad), “children’s literature (honoring Toran Mirhadi)”, “scieific associations and institutions” and “sustainable effort” were awarded.
Iranian Science Promotion Association started its work on May 15, 2018 with the aim of working in scieific, educational and research fields. Issues such as promoting science among the general public, spreading scieific thinking in order to create a suitable environme for generalizing science in society, attracting participation and coordination between science promoting institutions, training science promoters and institutionalizing science promotion are among the goals of this association.
