The National Elite Foundation supports the formation of problem-orieed ceers by approving the guidelines for supporting problem-orieed research-technological ceers (Shahid Ahmadi Roshan plan).
According to RCO News Agency, In line with the implemeation of action 2-2-2 of the coury’s strategic docume on elite affairs (approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution in 2013) regarding the “organization and developme of active stude cores, consta monitoring and targeted and phased support of them with the aim of turning these cores io elite groups”, based on the note of articles 3 and 4 of the “Regulation on the Ideification, Developme and Excellence of Top Tales and Elites on the Path to Eliteness” (approved by the Board of Trustees of the National Elite Foundation on 10 Bahman 1402) and in order to familiarize the elite community with the needs and issues coury and encouraging them to work as a group around national, regional and strategic issues, with the focus of promine academic, industrial, artistic professors, etc. The science and technology of the coury, named “Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Plan”, supports the formation of problem-orieed cores.
According to the information base of the National Elite Foundation, the goals of implemeing this plan are:
1-2. Education, empowerme and skill enhanceme of studes, studes and graduates about a real issue;
2-2. Guiding studes, studes and graduates to solve national, regional and strategic problems of the coury;
2-3. increasing social skills and creating a sense of self-confidence in studes, studes and graduates;
4-2. Creating a network of studes, studes and graduates with the ability to work in groups and solve problems;
5-2. Increasing the trust of executive bodies, scieific ceers and the private sector in the cores.
