The official start of the last voting day of the US election

Election Day in the United States has begun with polling stations opening at 6 a.m. ET in some states on the east coast of the United States.
According to RCO News Agency, the last day of voting for the 2024 US presideial election officially began on Tuesday evening Tehran time, Tuesday morning Eastern US time.
Polls are reportedly open in New Hampshire, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia.
About 81 million Americans had voted in person or by mail in presideial, congressional, gubernatorial and local elections before Tuesday, more than half of all votes cast in 2020. About 159 million Americans voted in the 2020 US presideial election.
230 million Americans are eligible to vote, but only about 160 million of them are registered. However, almost half of the 50 US states allow registration on the main election day.
Early mail-in and in-person voting have long been in place, however state laws vary and some do not allow them to be coued uil after the election officially closes.
America has 6 differe time zones and in the last chance for American voters to participate in the elections, polling stations are currely open in Connecticut, Indiana, Keucky, New Hampshire, Maine, New Jersey, New York and Virginia.
The first polling place was a small town in New Hampshire with only 6 voters, and for the presideial election, the votes were evenly split between Harris and Trump.
The most importa race is the presideial race between Kamala Harris, the curre vice preside of the United States, and Donald Trump, the former preside and Republican candidate. Close races are expected in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Wisconsin and Nevada.
In this election, all 435 seats in the House of Represeatives and 34 out of 100 seats in the Senate were voted. The Democrats, who now corol the Senate, are trying to take corol of the US House of Represeatives.
