According to RCO News Agency, citing Rashatoudi, US Preside Joe Biden, in response to the claim of sending troops from North Korea to Russia for the purpose of war against Ukraine, said that Kiev forces should attack North Korean soldiers if they eer Ukraine.

The Biden administration has pledged to help Kiev “as long as it is necessary for their victory.” Moscow has called this war a US-led proxy war against Russia, in which the Ukrainians play the role of “balloon fodder”.
