According to Mehrba news agency, citing SID University’s Jihad Scieific Information Ceer, the quartiles of keywords preseed in scieific articles in specialized topic categories is a new tool to help ideify the latest scieific topics in each specialized field.
After writing his article, every author has the most knowledge about his subject. Therefore, authors use keywords to briefly show the audience what the topic of their article is. Keywords express the topic of the article and its description by the author.
Some recommendations for the author to better choose the keyword of the article:
Consider the reader: Consider what keywords will make your audience better retrieve the article.
Use a clear keyword for the article: according to the topic of the article, choose keywords that are releva and specific.

First quarter (Q1): The keywords of the article are new in that subject area.
Second quadra (Q2): The keywords of the article are relatively new in that subject area.
Third quadra (Q3): The keywords of the article in that subject area are old.
Fourth quadra (Q4): The keywords of the article are not new in that subject area.
The quartile of keywords, which stands for Quartile, is based on 153 subject areas approved by the Ministry of Science and Health.
After searching the SID database, the articles are sorted based on the relationship with the query you eered in the search box. On this page, you can choose the article you wa. Note that the rating quartile is only applied to Persian magazine articles, which means that if the header of your article is blue, this quartile will be displayed for you. If the retrieved article is related to conferences or projects, there is no ranking quadra in them.
After clicking on the article, its information will be displayed to you. After the title and author’s name, the keyword is placed. Next to the keyword there is a quadra that shows you whether the topics in this article are new or not.
After you have seen the keywords and its quadra, you can click on the title of the journal to see the subject area of the article. In this way, on the page of the journal, you can see the specialized group of the journal and the subgroup of the journal based on which the quartile has been applied.
Categorizing the keywords of Persian articles helps people in two ways:
