A Hamas official told AFP that a Hamas delegation held talks with Egyptian officials in Cairo on Thursday about the cease-fire proposals and expressed the moveme’s “readiness” to stop fighting if Israel commits to a cease-fire, withdraws from the Gaza Strip, returns refugees, He stressed the exchange of prisoners and the sending of aid.
