Video/ BRICS summit; Iran among emerging powers

The 16th BRICS Summit began on Tuesday, November 1st, with the taking of a commemorative photo of the heads of the member states; A photo that depicted the first experience of Iran’s presence as an official member of this group. Massoud Bischiyan, as the preside who has visited Russia for the first time, had several bilateral meetings on the sidelines of this meeting, including with Russian Preside Vladimir Putin and Chinese Preside Xi Jinping.
