“Jerry Mandering” has been a coroversial topic in America for years and is not only related to the 2020 presideial election, as it is used by both Republicans and Democrats. In fact, this practice means changing the boundaries of constituencies in order to strengthen the votes of a particular political party, which is called vote fraud, but it is legal.
