In other parts, Zelenskiy’s victory plan is also meioned at his request to increase Ukraine’s defense capabilities and help the coury’s economy. He said to his allies: “If we impleme the victory plan right now, the war will end by next year.”
Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the “peace plan” considered by Zelenskiy may actually be an American plan whereby Ukrainians will coinue to fight against Russia uil the last person, adding that in order to achieve peace, Kiev must wake up and there are reasons understand what led to the conflict.
