According to Mehr news agency, quoted from websiteRussia Elium, Badr Abdul AtiIn a press conference with his Spanish couerpart, Egypt’s Foreign Minister announced that security and stability in the region will not be achieved without the formation of an independe Palestinian state.
He poied to Egypt’s coinuous efforts to stop the ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon and announced extensive talks with regional and iernational parties to reduce tension and impleme the ceasefire immediately.
Abdul Ati While poiing out the importance of the water issue for Egypt, he announced that Cairo will not tolerate any attack on its water security and considers water as a vital and existeial issue for Egypt.
He also condemned the attacks of the Zionist regime on Lebanon and emphasized the need for an immediate ceasefire.
Egypt’s foreign minister said that the coury has coinued to send humanitarian aid to Lebanon and soon a plane carrying aid will arrive at Beirut airport.
Egypt’s foreign minister also any attack on the troops UNIFIL He condemned South Lebanon and demanded the implemeation of UN Resolution 1701.
Abdul Ati Referring to the differences in the European Union over the status of Gaza and Lebanon, he said that these differences se wrong messages to the Zionist regime and allowed this regime to coinue its actions.
He stated that the coinuation of these conflicts is unacceptable.
