According to RCO News Agency, citing the National Elite Foundation, according to a decree by Hossein Afshin, Rasul Ashari was appoied to the position of Deputy Director of Developme and Resource Manageme of the National Elite Foundation.
“In the text of Hossein Afshin’s decree addressed to Rasul Ashari, it is stated: “In view of the merit of your experiences and the good performance of assigned tasks, by virtue of this decree, I appoi you as the deputy for the developme and manageme of the resources of the National Elite Foundation. In the coury’s strategic docume on elite affairs and the necessity of planning and transformation in the National Elite Foundation, the following main missions are expected from the foundation.
Establishing direct and immediate communication with the elites with the aim of accurately understanding the challenges, capacities and designing solutions with the participation of the elite community itself.
Special atteion to creating hope in the elites and increasing scieific vitality, especially in the academic environme
Increasing the awareness of the best tales about the achievemes of the coury in the field of science, technology and knowledge-based economy and familiarizing them with the capacities and pois of influence on the progress of the coury.
Targeted support for the young elites in order to solve the coury’s problems and develop the participation of the elites in improving the coury’s governance level
Responsible pursuit of eliminating the role-playing opportunities of elites at all executive levels of the coury
Improving the human capital of the governme by pursuing the developme of recruiting elites in the executive bodies and also recruiting academic staff members from among the top graduates of domestic and foreign universities.
Reforming the scope of support based on the transcendeal definition of the elite and using the capacity of top tales in pursuing the demands of the second step stateme of the revolution
Developing iernational ieractions in the field of elites with the aim of promoting Iran’s technological capabilities in the world, networking among Iranian experts in all parts of the world and transferring knowledge, experience and skills to Iranian elites.
