Peskov: The change in Russia’s nuclear doctrine is a message to unfriendly couries

A Kremlin spokesman said the recely announced changes in Russia’s nuclear doctrine should be seen as a signal to “unfriendly couries”.
According to Isna, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Thursday that the rece changes announced in Russia’s nuclear doctrine by Preside Vladimir Putin should be considered as a signal to “unfriendly couries”.
He added: “This should be considered a clear signal for unfriendly couries. Also, amendmes have been prepared in this docume and a decision will be made about its publication later. “It should be noted that Russia’s updated nuclear doctrine sends a warning signal to the West about the consequences of an attack, not necessarily through nuclear means.”
Regarding the nuclear issue, Peskov noted: “Actually, the whole world knows very well and the wise people of the world are well aware of our nuclear poteial and its deterre role. “Of course, nuclear deterrence is regulated by taking io accou those tense factors that are happening along our borders.”
On Wednesday, referring to the update of the nuclear deterrence policy framework, the Preside of Russia said that proposals have been made to consider any aggression by non-nuclear couries with the help of a nuclear coury as a joi attack against Russia.
He said that Russia may consider the use of nuclear weapons as soon as it receives reliable information about aerial attacks, including through missiles and drones, and crossing the Russian border.
The involveme of big couries in the sabotage of Nord Stream is discussed
Referring to the explosion in the Russian gas pipeline to Europe, Peskov said that the coury’s special services know that the explosion of the Nord Stream gas pipeline could not have been carried out by a small group, but the involveme of “big couries” in this sabotage.

Putin’s coordination regarding OPEC+ format
The Kremlin spokesman said that Putin will discuss the coordination of couries in the framework of OPEC+ with the Preside of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Ngoma Mbasogo.
In this regard, Peskov added: “We are far from the poteial of bilateral relations, especially in the commercial and economic fields with Equatorial Guinea. At the same time, there are very good prospects in the field of humanitarian cooperation and, of course, very high coordination with this coury in the form of OPEC+. “Also, there are many issues to discuss and these negotiations will be held today.”
