Video/ Are Russia and Ukraine fighting over the “Kerch” strait this time?

Ukraine has accused Russia of violating maritime laws by trying to take corol of the Kerch Strait. The two couries faced each other in an iernational court in the Netherlands on Monday (October 2) to fight over the strategic waterway between the Russian mainland and the occupied Crimea peninsula.
