The meeting of the head of Russia’s Gazprom with the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council
The head of Russia’s Gazprom company met with the secretary of Iran’s Supreme Security Council and discussed the agreemes between the two couries in the field of energy.
According to RCO News Agency, within the framework of the agreemes made during the visit of the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council to St. Petersburg, Russia, on the sidelines of the BRICS meeting, especially based on the talks between the Secretary of the Council, Ali Akbar Ahmadian, and the Preside of Russia, Vladimir Putin, the company’s Preside, Alexey Miller. Russia’s Gazprom met with Ahmadiyan in Tehran.
In this meeting, Miller preseed a report on his negotiations and agreemes with his Iranian couerparts in the field of energy and expressed his satisfaction with the progress made.
Referring to the request of the leaders of Iran and Russia, Ahmadian emphasized that the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council will follow up on the agreemes between the two couries uil the goals of the two couries are fully realized.
The secretary of the Supreme National Security Council expressed hope that the agreed projects will be implemeed as soon as possible with the cooperation of the two sides.
It is worth meioning that in the past 2 weeks, after the bilateral meeting of the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran with the Preside of Russia in St. Petersburg, the head of Gazprom Company is the third Russian official who has traveled to Tehran to follow up on agreemes between Iran and Russia.
Before this, Igor Levitin, the special represeative of the Russian preside on corridors, and Sergei Shoigu, the secretary of the Russian National Security Council, met with Ahmadiyya in separate trips to Tehran.
