In the meeting on Wednesday, the resolution presented by Palestine was approved with 124 positive votes against 14 negative votes and 43 abstentions, and in this way, Palestine was able to provide valuable legal grounds to oblige the Zionist regime to implement international laws.

The said resolution considers a one-year deadline for the Israeli army to withdraw from the Palestinian territories. The strategic importance of this resolution lies in the fact that Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Zionist regime, tried to justify the presence of the occupation in the Palestinian territory under the pretext of legitimate defense, but this cruel demand was practically defeated.
