According to the reporter of Mehr, in order to impleme the “Regulations for the recruitme of selected top graduates of the National Elite Foundation as faculty members in universities and higher education and research institutions of the coury” approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and based on Note 3 of Article 3 and Note 3 of Article 4 of the “Ideification and supporting top university graduates” approved by the Board of Trustees of the National Elite Foundation, has implemeed the guidelines for the facilitation of the recruitme of top graduates as faculty members in scieific institutions (direction plan).
The facilities graed in this plan can include some or all of the following:
*Iroduction through public calls to recruit faculty members, according to the releva criteria
*Iroduction through outside the time frames of public calls to recruit faculty members, according to the releva criteria
* Sending ceralized placeme request to elite recruiting board
* Allocation of the employme line in order to be recruited as a coract faculty member in scieific institutions
*facilities of “supporting the research activities of young assista professors”, without re-checking the records for eligible people according to the releva guidelines, if the process of recruiting a person has been done through the facilities of this guidelines
* Cultural-welfare facilities
* The facilities of the foundation’s duty system
*Discou for the use of the laboratory network of strategic technologies in accordance with the annual allocation capacity by the Vice Preside for Science and Technology.
* Obligations and social responsibility
The chosen ones who benefit from the facilities of this project as faculty members in one of the coury’s higher education institutions, will be committed to solving the problems and challenges of the coury’s elites, in order to fulfill the role and social responsibility of the coury’s elites. Scieific, research, technological and cultural priorities of the coury or participation in the developme and improveme of the level of providing services to the coury’s elites and top tales should cooperate with this foundation for at least 40 hours per moh for one year from the date of recruitme in the institution.
