Pashinyan: We have no territorial claims against our neighbors

In another part of his speech, Nikol Pashinyan meioned the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), which is an iergovernmeal military alliance in Eurasia that was formed in Tashke in 1992 within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independe States, and includes 6 couries that are members of the Soviet Union. Members are: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
In this regard, he said: CSTO threatens the security, future existence, sovereigy and coury of Armenia. Therefore, Yerevan has stopped its membership in the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
Pashinyan stated: There are many discussions about whether Armenia is trying or thinking about returning to the Collective Security Treaty Organization. We will fully revive our activities in this organization only if certain answers are given to our questions. Two years have passed since our emphasis, the answers have not only been received and it is already obvious that they are not given. I can say that uil these answers are not heard and are not convincing, every second Armenia will move further and further away from CSTO.
The Prime Minister of Armenia also announced that Yerevan has made a strategic decision to build a modular nuclear power pla (NPP), emphasizing that such technologies are being developed in Russia, France, South Korea and the United States.
He said: We have made a strategic decision that we should have a small modular nuclear power pla. A number of couries have reached the stage of using modular technologies. The United States appears to have made the greatest progress. But Russia, France and South Korea are working on this technology and we are also working with our partners.
Pashinian added: The desire to build these power plas is related to the fact that it does not threaten the environme and will not require the evacuation of resides of resideial areas 500 meters (1,640 feet) around it.
