According to Mehr news agency, in the extraordinary ordinary general assembly (second round) of the Council of Scieific Associations of Iran, which was held on 10 September this year at the site of Khatam University, with the presence of the rest of the coury’s scieific organizations, the members of the board of directors of this council were elected.
In the eighth term of the Board of Directors of the Council of Scieific Associations of the coury, which was held with 34 candidates, the following personalities were elected and iroduced as the main members of the Board of Directors of the Council for a three-year period (in alphabetical order):
Dr. Mohammad Reza Anbiai; Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary General of Iran Business Manageme Association. According to Mehr, the Council of Scieific Associations of Iran aims to create coordination and unity among Iranian scieific associations, unions and help their connection with universities, cultural, social, educational and research, industrial, agricultural, production and service institutions and national and iernational assemblies and Also, it has been working since 2002 to create the necessary grounds for active presence in all assemblies, institutions and specialized councils to influence the legislative process and executive affairs of the coury. This council is also known as the “Scieific Parliame of the coury”.
This Council was founded in 2002 by Dr. Reza Mansouri (on behalf of the Iranian Physics Association), Dr. Javad Azhei (on behalf of the Iranian Psychological Association), Dr. Mehdi Behzad (on behalf of the Iranian Mathematical Association), Dr. Ali Eslamipanah (on behalf of the Iranian Association of Psychology) Private Law of Iran), Dr. Abdul Razzaq Kaabinejadian (represeing the Solar Energy Association of Iran), Dr. Mohammad Saeed Saif (represeing the Marine Engineering Association of Iran), Dr. Hassan Kamran (represeing the Geographical Association of Iran), Dr. Ali Ahunmanesh (represeing from the Society of Pla Pathology), Dr. Nasrin Mosfa (represeing the Iranian Women’s Studies Association), Dr. Farid Mar (represeing the Geological Society of Iran), Dr. Hossamuddin Arfai (represeing the Iranian Physics Society), Dr. Yousef Taftani (represeing Iranian Scieific Developme Society) and Engineer Parviz Bayat (on behalf of Iran Manageme Association) were founded.
