Rubin, who played a role in the JCPOA negotiations, claimed: The era of thinking that the old nuclear agreeme can be revived is over. Iran’s progress in its nuclear program has exceeded previous limits, and as a result, the goal should be a robust and verifiable nuclear agreeme that limits and manages the ability to accelerate the acquisition of nuclear weapons.
He claimed: The best way to do this is a solid and verifiable nuclear agreeme. Any realistic preside would seek such an agreeme, and Kamala Harris is a poteial preside with such a realistic approach.
The Joi Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was signed by Iran and members of the United Nations Security Council and the European Union in 2015.
