The rate of immigration from Canada to other countries has increased

The results of a new study show that an increasing number of new immigras to Canada have decided to leave the coury in rece years. This trend can be extremely problematic for a coury that depends on immigration for its population and economic growth. The rate of immigras who migrate to another coury after settling in Canada has been steadily increasing since the 1980s, and This rate has grown much higher for newer immigras. This study, conducted by the Canadian Citizenship Institute, shows that perhaps these immigras do not get the benefits they expected from staying in Canada, and for that reason, they leave Canada for another coury. A part of this report is dedicated to the problems caused by not meeting the expectations of new immigras and deals with problems such as the deterioration of the housing situation, the not very efficie health care system and the very competitive labor market. This study emphasizes that despite the coinuous increase in the population in Canada, frustration among immigras can have a negative impact on economic growth. The annual rate of immigras leaving Canada increased in 2017 and 2019 and reached the highest level in the last 20 years. Receipt (i.e. 1.1% and 18.1% respectively)

Meanwhile, the annual average of people who received permane residence after 1982 and leave Canada is 0.9%. While these figures do not seem impressive, their number increases over time and can lead to a 20% or more decrease in the population of immigras living in the coury within 25 years. Eering Canada and obtaining citizenship has decreased by about 40% from 2001 to 2021. Daniel Bernard (Director of the Canadian Citizenship Institute) says in the analysis of this report: “If Canada cannot solve these problems and services and purchasing power If it does not provide the necessary, the immigras will leave it. We need to do more to make sure immigras are happy to be in Canada so they can coribute here, get Canadian citizenship and share in our shared success. We need to understand that, in general, maybe immigras don’t owe Canada, but Canada owes immigras.”
